Gemini Adds ‘Help Me Schedule’ Feature In Gmail

Google has introduced a new Gemini-driven feature in Gmail called “Help me schedule,” which will help make scheduling meeting times quicker and more convenient.

When Gmail recognizes an email that is scheduling-related, it presents a “Help me schedule” button on the toolbar.

By tapping on it, Gemini scans your Google Calendar and the email context to propose available meeting times.

They are inserted directly into your response, allowing the recipient to select what suits them best.

Once a time is agreed upon, Gmail automatically sends an invite to the calendar for all guests, making scheduling easier from start to finish.

The feature provides intelligent, AI-powered assistance for daily communication, reducing the need for back-and-forth emails and saving time.
