Microsoft’s FY25 Q4 Earnings Amounted To $76.4 Billion

Microsoft announced $76.4 billion in revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, up 8% year-over-year.

Net income reached $35.3 billion, a 21% increase. The growth was largely fueled by continued demand for Microsoft Cloud, which generated $35.7 billion in revenue, up 21% from the same period last year.

CEO Satya Nadella emphasized how AI is driving usage and engagement across the company’s cloud stack.

The earnings reflect Microsoft’s focus on embedding AI into every layer of its product suite, from Azure to Microsoft 365. CFO Amy Hood noted strong execution across key growth areas, including long-term cloud commitments and commercial Office 365 revenue.

As Microsoft heads into FY26, its momentum in cloud, AI, and enterprise software positions it as a dominant force in the evolving tech landscape.
