NeoLogic, a startup specializing in energy-efficient computing, has successfully raised $10 million in a Series A funding round.

This new investment, led by KOMPAS VC, brings the company’s total funding to $18 million since its founding in 2021.

The capital is earmarked to drive the development of new server processors for AI data centers, addressing the industry’s critical need for more sustainable and power-efficient hardware.

The funding will also support the company’s expansion plans, including growing its engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

The core of NeoLogic’s innovation lies in its proprietary CMOS+ technology, which promises to reduce energy consumption significantly.

By simplifying the underlying logic and minimizing the number of logic gates, the company projects its processors will be up to 30% more energy-efficient than current market alternatives.

This initiative is strategically timed to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding market; the AI data center processor sector is expected to grow to a staggering $151 billion by 2029, making the quest for power-efficient solutions a top priority for major cloud providers and tech companies.

NeoLogic aims to launch its first commercial product by 2026 and is actively seeking partnerships to bring its technology to market.
