Team Vavoza Reacts 🗣️

Here’s what our content and marketing team has to say about the latest news and trends report…

Think with Team Vavoza

Researcher:

I’ve always wondered how platforms that support short-form video content (like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) count their views and why they count them (or not) in the way that they do.

I like that YouTube will count views no matter the watch time – I feel like if it appeared in one’s feed, it deserves recognition from the platform…

– Stephanie Hill

Agency Manager:

This update will crush many people’s businesses. After Google updates its Unfair Advantage policy, many people will have their accounts suspended.

We’ve been advising our clients for the longest time that using multiple Google Ads accounts is not a good idea. Once your account is suspended, it’s an uphill battle to get it unsuspended. It’s almost impossible.

Do you use multiple Google Ads accounts? If so, will you stop, or will you keep risking it?

– Vadim Silchuk

Social Media Guy:

SEO has really changed over the last few years. With the integration of AI, everything has been more tailored to it, and SEO has a whole new playing field.

In my opinion, voice search and optimizing for the Google chat AI will be the new way for SEO and how writers will write and tailor their articles for their companies to get more impressions and reach. 📈

The Founder:

The Google Ads platform is always changing, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse.

But what are you and I supposed to do about it? It is what it is. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I sometimes have to remind our agency’s clients, “You can keep fighting and trying to outsmart Google while constantly fighting an uphill battle (and lose), or you can adapt and change the way you do things and continue to grow.”

Google is forcing Demand Gen campaigns on us even though they generally do not outperform regular video action campaigns, which are being discontinued this year.

But you know what? It’s okay. We’ll adapt and keep crushing it as we’ve always done.

Fortunately, the concept of setting up, managing, and scaling Demand Gen campaigns is the same as video action campaigns. 😮‍💨

This is good for us because it means our YouTube Ads Pro course is still highly relevant in 2025, while other YouTube ads courses in the marketplace are outdated (and full of fluff).
