Salesforce Expands NYC Tower To Power Agentforce Growth

Salesforce announced plans for a significant expansion in New York City, growing its footprint at Salesforce Tower New York by more than 25%.
The move will fuel the growth of Agentforce, Salesforce’s digital labor platform, while preparing its 3,000+ local employees for the agentic AI era.
The expansion also aims to better serve local customers like PepsiCo, Indeed, and 1-800Accountant as they transform into Agentic Enterprises.
The agentic AI era represents what analysts predict will be a $6 trillion digital labor opportunity.
With New York’s diverse ecosystem in finance, healthcare, media, and technology, Salesforce’s expanded presence positions the company to drive innovation and customer success across industries.
Plans for the space include a new employee floor optimized for hybrid collaboration, a state-of-the-art training center, and a dedicated customer innovation hub.
“New York is a critical market for Salesforce, and this expansion will help us unlock new opportunities for the Agentic Enterprise,” said Relina Bulchandani, Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Workplace Services.
Beyond real estate, Salesforce reaffirmed its local commitment, highlighting $76.3 million in nonprofit grants and more than 370,000 employee volunteer hours contributed in New York.
Since establishing its presence 20 years ago, Salesforce has deepened its ties with the city, and this expansion underscores its role in shaping the future of AI-powered enterprise work.
