Steph’s Thoughts
“If you dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” – Zig Ziglar.
I think this kind of mindset should be applied to everything you do in life, especially business.
Many believe (myself included) that providing solutions to people’s problems is how you can achieve massive success. If you are not seeing results just yet, perhaps it is time to reevaluate your priorities and take a second look at how your business is perceived from the outside (other than a money-making machine for you… 😅)
We all know that the ultimate goal is money; however, it is not always what your consumers want to see because… well… what is in it for them?
Instead, your brand image should reflect your morals, values, and how your company will take care of one’s problems. The brand image should represent compassion, empathy, and effective solutions for the customers, not your wallet.
I see many business owners and wanna-be gurus posting their lavish lifestyles and designer logos, but I highly doubt their customers want to see that type of content. That is unless your company’s purpose is to help people achieve the same kind of lifestyle.
I’ll leave you with the following questions today: What does your brand image represent? Is it your lifestyle or your passion for helping people achieve the results and solutions they desire?
If your brand image is all about your customer – you are on the right track.
Happy Holidays, Everyone!

Vadim’s POV
I want to start by wishing our readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
I want to share something I went through in 2024.
This year, I had to get out of my comfort zone like never before, and the people who know me know I like my comfort zone. 🙂 Because of getting pushed out of my comfort zone, I’ve excelled in all aspects of my life.
The only way you can grow and learn is out of your comfort zone.
As 2024 comes to a close, it’s a good time to reflect on your wins and losses (learning opportunities). So, let’s celebrate our victories, learn from our losses, and plan how we can make 2025 our best year yet.
Take the bull by the horns (2025) and invest in yourself and your business. Get out of your comfort zone, set some goals, and stick with them.
And remember, Vavoza is always here to help.

Vlad’s Insight
Hey Insiders, in today’s issue, I invite you to explore my perspective on what it takes to achieve a high level of success as an entrepreneur.
I see a pattern among people who scale to a high level and those who only talk about doing it but never achieve their big goals… 🤔
Everyone likes to claim they want to scale up and become the best in the world at what they do, but very few actually prove it by taking big risks.
From my experience, people who are too comfortable and seldom compromise their comfort levels do not scale up.
They often talk about growth and occasionally get inspired just enough to get out of their comfort zone, but their ambition is short-lived, and they tend to stay at the same level or grow very slowly for many years.
For instance, at our agency, we’ve had clients who talked about scaling but refused to dip below a certain return on ad spend (ROAS) on the front end of their sales funnel, even if it meant massive growth overall.
Those people pretty much never scale up to a level that I would consider significant or high. They constantly go in circles and stay in the same income range for years.
👉 They think too small and too short-term to be able to scale up high.
And I get it, it’s not easy to put everything on the line for a long-term outcome, which is why so few do it.
We also have clients who want to spend as much money on ads as possible (as long as there is a certain return on the overall funnel) because they believe in their ability to make more money and make the investment worthwhile sooner or later.
That’s a much better mentality!
That mentality alone is enough to reach a much higher level.
However, it’s still not enough in my view because you are still in your respective comfort zone by maintaining a certain return on investment…
Here’s a quick glimpse into my mind as it relates to achieving my goals:
Personally, when I believe in something and set a goal, I put everything on the line to achieve it.
Everything.
I’m willing to risk losing absolutely everything I have and go down to zero (and below zero) in every area of my life to achieve my goals.
I am constantly willing to give up living in a nice house, driving a nice car, eating amazing food at high-end restaurants, traveling, and having everything I want if I believe it’ll help me achieve my goals.
I am obsessed with achieving my goals, and this obsession never ends.
In fact, I only allow myself to get distracted from working on my goals to maintain healthy relationships with the people I love in my life because they are essential for my long-term well-being.
(Otherwise, I would work on my goals every moment of my life.)
That’s why I know that no matter what comes my way, I will overcome it and emerge stronger as an entrepreneur and human. I’m fearless and relentless in my pursuit of my goals.
That’s the mentality with which I approach every project we launch at Vavoza.
Every time we launch a new project, it’s like launching a new company and putting everything on the line until we achieve the desired outcome.
So, where am I going with all this? 🤔
Honestly, I don’t want to work with people who lack the ambition and relentless drive to scale up to a high level.
This includes clients, associates, and employees.
I’ve dealt with enough people like that, and I’m sick of it because they don’t contribute to my growth.
Life is too short for mediocrity!
I want to help people achieve big things so that I can also achieve my big goals.
I want to work with people who are obsessed with achieving their goals by all means necessary – people like me.
I want to surround myself with future centi-millionaires and billionaires – not because of the money aspect but rather because of the things we will be able to achieve with enough capital and influence.
Just imagine what life will be like when you and I shape the world into what we want it to be!
It all starts with us making as much money as humanly possible. The more we have, the larger the impact we can afford to make.
That’s why I want to help you make a lot more money through marketing – but only if you are ambitious and have what it takes to win.
Let’s do big things together, my friend.
If you are a “freak” like me who will do whatever is necessary to achieve your goals, connect with me on Facebook.
Let’s partner up in one way or another, or let’s simply be in each other’s network. 🤝
(But only if you are a decent person and want to do good in the world. I have no interest in aligning myself with evil-spirited people.)
And I mean it – let’s impact the world together!
Forget about impacting segments of a market or even an entire industry… Let’s positively impact the whole world!
I hope I left you something to think about today, Insider.
Merry Christmas! 🙂
We’ll be in touch again soon.
