Steph’s Thoughts
There is no straight line to success. Sometimes, it’s two steps forward and one step back. Sometimes it’s 3 steps back. There is no way to predict where your entrepreneurship journey will take you until you actually start. Starting means putting your consistency and scheduled life on the line to make something greater of yourself.
Of course, you can pay for an outrageously expensive course and hope it gives you ”the magical instructions” for financial freedom. Society has trained us to believe that the more expensive something is the more value it brings. Unfortunately, that’s not always true. For instance, there are many non-self-made millionaires selling expensive courses on “how to become a self-made millionaire” and taking advantage of people…
But there’s good news, too – there are companies that actually provide valuable insight and help aspiring entrepreneurs succeed, but please remember: everyone’s journey is different. A tactic that works for one might not be the right fit for the other, and vice versa.
I also believe that entrepreneurship is not for everybody. There are people who belong and prosper in the 9-5 world, and there are those who would rather put everything on the line working for themselves than suffocate in a cubicle. So which one are you? Would you rather have a consistent paycheck every two weeks? Or are you willing to bet on yourself?
Hopefully, I left you with something to think about. More thoughts to come soon.

Vadim’s POV
As many of you already know, Vavoza isn’t just a newsletter company; we are also a marketing agency. On the agency side, we often have marketing strategy calls on Zoom with our clients. Every time we’re on one of these calls, our clients discuss the strategies they have implemented since our last meeting and how successful they were.
We often hear a question in our client meetings: “Why don’t you tell us everything there is to this strategy at once so we can get even better results right away instead of only giving us pieces of information at a time?”
The reason why we often don’t give our clients too much information at once is simple: you have to focus on and fix one part of your marketing funnel at a time. Otherwise, you won’t know what worked and what didn’t. Some of our clients are prone to making too many changes at once and over-optimizing, which decreases performance. Basically, you’ll be going around in circles chasing your tail if you make a bunch of changes at once.
Remember, don’t go wild over-optimizing your marketing funnel; it’s best to optimize your funnel one step at a time to maximize your results. Thanks for tuning in to Vadim’s POV – see you next time!

Vlad’s Insight
One of the most effective marketing techniques in existence is selling without selling or promoting something passively without sounding like a billboard or radio voice.
Successful influencers, podcasters, and celebrities have mastered this art form – they often influence our consideration simply by mentioning a product they allegedly use mid-conversation, seemingly without even giving the brand or product a dedicated spotlight.
So, how can you incorporate this simple yet highly effective technique into your promotional content?
Let’s say you are promoting an exclusive/paid marketing newsletter called Vavoza Insider Plus. Here’s how you can sell without selling it:
- First of all, don’t try to promote the paid newsletter directly to the cold market; promote the free “Vavoza Insider” version first. This will ensure you capture as many people as possible and put them into the nurturing pool, where they will be served with helpful tips and insights, which will warm them up and make them become more likely to convert to the premium version.
- Next, take a selfie of yourself studying one of the newsletters. You can point your finger to your computer where a Vavoza newsletter is visible and make a goofy face or whatever fits your natural personality.
- Post the selfie on Facebook, and add a caption saying something like this:
Not gonna lie…these Vavoza Insider newsletters kinda stress me out! 😆 But I’ve learned many unique marketing strategies I’ve never even considered before. It almost feels like I’m back in college all over again, except this time actually learning something useful lol
Btw, this is the newsletter I’m talking about if you’re wondering: [your-link-here]
The idea is to sound completely normal, as if you are talking to your close friend and sharing your authentic experience with the product, rather than sounding like a pushy salesperson.
The example above may not be relevant to you, but this concept can be used to promote virtually any brand, product, or service in existence. Be creative, and have fun with it!
Thanks for tuning into this month’s edition of Think with Team Vavoza – stay tuned for more helpful marketing tips and insights from Vavoza Insider continually, and we’ll see you next time.
