Steph’s Thoughts
There are so many talented people, but only a fraction of them take action to take their talents to the next level. I’ve also seen some quite ordinary people achieve much greater things than those with talent.
The difference between “the ordinary” and “the talented” people is that the ones with talent often think that having said talent is enough.
The so-called “ordinary” people stood out with their persistence, dedication, consistency, and discipline in their craft or business. And those were the ones who saw tremendous success.
My realization was that talent alone won’t get you places. Discipline and consistency will, even without talent.
So, my message to you today is: even if you believe that you are not a talented person – keep grinding. Your dedication and persistence are your tools that will get you to the next level!
And if you believe you have talent – combine it with discipline and consistency, otherwise you will remain in the same place you’re at today.
Keep that in mind for 2025…

Happy New Year, Insiders!!!
Did you set any goals? If you did, are you ready to take action and do whatever it takes to achieve them?
How’s it going now that we’re a few days into the new year? Are you staying true to your goals, or have you started slacking already?
Here’s a little secret: you don’t have to wait for the new year, next week, or next month to set goals. The best way to achieve goals is to start right away.
For example, people say, “I’ll start my diet on Monday or the 1st of the month.” When someone says that, there is a high percentage they won’t go through with it.
So don’t wait for a new year to set goals. Set goals continually and consistently, take immediate action to achieve them, and stay accountable to yourself.
I hope you achieve all your goals in 2025 and have the best year yet!
