Think With Team Vavoza

Steph’s Thoughts

I found myself thinking of my achievements so far in life. Though I am quite a ways from my goals, I know that everything I do every day brings me closer to them…

While reflecting on these things, I’ve realized that the best and most impactful financial breakthroughs for me happened when I learned something new. Let me elaborate: every time I listened to a new audiobook, studied a new skill, or welcomed a new person into my life, not once did I think about money.

Instead, I focused on the book, understanding the skill, or the person. Opportunities magically followed, and at that moment, I didn’t even care to acknowledge them. I just went with the flow, as if nothing extraordinary had happened, and only at the end of the project or contract did I realize how my life had changed not only with personal growth but with improved finances as well.

So, where am I going with all this?

My thought of the day is: what if we stopped focusing on dollar bills and instead started focusing on things that could bring us more opportunities and make us grow as people? Perhaps learning a new skill or going to a networking event?

At the end of the day, I believe that no matter what, we should never stop learning. No matter how old we are and how much money we have, there is always room to know more and be better at something. And I don’t mean better than someone else; I mean better than we were yesterday.

That’s all from me today; thank you for reading!

Vadim’s POV

It’s that time again – TWTV time!

As it’s been getting warmer here in the Midwest, I’ve been thinking more about my past jobs and businesses – probably because most of my previous jobs when I was younger involved manual labor and working outdoors, and often, it was hot and miserable, lol…

However, I was never the type of person who jumped from job to job. The shortest amount of time I’ve ever worked for a company was three years.

I’m thinking about all the times I ever felt like quitting and starting a new job and how much better it would be elsewhere. Or when I had my business and thought it would be nice not to worry about all the different projects or customers calling me after I got home.

They say, “The grass is always greener on the other side,” but the truth is, the grass is rarely ever greener on the other side. Every job and business has pros and cons (pluses and minuses).

If you are good at what you do, look for the positives and don’t focus on the negatives. Strive to have a positive attitude towards what you are doing because if you focus on the negatives, you will never be happy regardless of what you do.

Vlad’s Insight

Hey, Insider! I hope all is well on your end. 🙂 It’s always a pleasure to connect with you in our monthly TWTV series in Vavoza Insider, and I have an insight for you today that might blow your mind (it completely blew my mind…).

I noticed a fascinating trend in two of our recent VIP Case Studies in Vavoza Insider Plus. The last two entrepreneurs we featured mentioned something crucial that I believe every entrepreneur who wants to scale their business fast must embrace.

Vadim Moda and Vivek Mashrani (our featured entrepreneurs) realized the power of delegation. They realized that if they could put the right people in the right places, they could focus on parts of their businesses that require their personal expertise and attention.

As a result, these individuals scaled their businesses exponentially and quickly!

But they took it a step further…

I know Vadim and Vivek personally, and I would like to add additional insight to the priceless information they shared in Vavoza Insider Plus.

Both Vadim and Vivek (who are in entirely different niches and have never met one another) figured out how to leverage their communities to delegate tasks and grow their businesses.

So, instead of relying entirely on employees and third-party contractors to help them grow, they realized they could inspire their customers to contribute to the development and growth of their businesses.

And are you ready for the best part? They figured out how to get them to do it for FREE. 🤯 Isn’t that absolutely mind-blowingly amazing?!

So, how did they do it?

How do you inspire or incentivize your customers to work with you and help grow your business? Here’s what I derived from my conversations with both of them:

👉 They have created an environment where their community members receive so much value from their membership that they want to contribute because contributing to growing the community allows them to win with the community.

What exactly does that mean?

  • For instance, Vadim’s community connects luxury asset sellers with buyers. And guess what? The sellers in the community have a vested interest in growing the buyer pool because, as a result, they can sell more goods at better prices and more quickly.

  • Similarly, Vivek’s community is all about stock market research, analysis, and investing. Vivek provides his community of investors with research tools, and investors have a vested interest in improving Vivek’s research tools because it allows them to make more informed investing decisions and generate better returns.

Now, that is a multimillion-dollar/ year idea! 🔥

Moving on…

This got me wondering: How can we do something similar with Vavoza Insider?

I strongly believe we can achieve a similar community-driven outcome where our subscribers contribute to Vavoza’s growth while adding tremendous value to the rest of the community and reaping the benefits.

Sure, we are already growing at a solid rate every year; however, I can’t help but wonder how we can do it even better together as an epic community of modern marketers.

Do you have any ideas on how you can contribute to our Insider community?

(It must be something unique that will improve your experience at Vavoza and create a win-win environment for all our members, yourself, and our company.)

Share your ideas with us on this form – let’s see if we can craft a win-win collaboration that will benefit you, us, and all our members.

I hope you enjoyed this powerful insight, as well as Stephanie’s and Vadim’s thought-provoking ideas. We look forward to sharing more actionable marketing tips, insights, and ideas with you continually in Vavoza Insider and Vavoza Insider Plus – stay tuned.
