This Privacy Policy applies to vavoza.com and all subdomains (the “Site”) operated by VAVO Marketing LLC d/b/a VAVOZA, a South Dakota limited liability company (“Vavoza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

We “share” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) and sometimes “sell” certain personal information (name, email, browsing behavior, inferences) with advertising partners and affiliate networks so they can show you relevant Vavoza-related ads across the web.
You have the right to opt out of this sale/sharing at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically.

By providing your phone number and affirmatively checking the consent box (never pre-checked), you give prior express written consent to receive transactional and marketing text messages from Vavoza and our marketing partners at the number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message, text STOP to our short code, or email [email protected] to revoke consent. We process opt-outs within 10 business days and suppress your number permanently.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You have the right to:
Know/access the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you (twice per 12 months, free);
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Delete your personal information (subject to exceptions like tax records);
Opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information (including for targeted advertising);
