Claude Can Update NotionHQ And Linear Tickets Through MCP

Claude is getting more useful by the day. In its latest update, Anthropic announced that the AI assistant now works directly with Notion and Linear, letting you update content or handle tasks without opening a single tab.

This is made possible through something called the Model Context Protocol, a tool that gives Claude secure access to certain platforms so it can pull context or take action when you ask.

So what does this actually mean? You could ask Claude to revise a Notion doc or close a Linear ticket, all within the same chat window.

Claude acts more like a real assistant who understands what’s going on and takes action for you.

You’ll find this feature in the tool directory if you’re a paid user, and it’s built on an open framework designed to support more apps down the line.
