Google has officially expanded its AI Mode, an advanced, AI-powered search experience, to five new languages: Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Originally launched in English across more than 180 countries, this update brings Google’s most powerful search capabilities to users in their native tongues.
It is backed by enhanced language understanding and cultural relevance using a custom version of Gemini 2.5.
With AI Mode now multilingual, users worldwide can ask complex questions and receive contextually accurate answers directly through Google Search.
This expansion reflects Google’s commitment to making AI-driven search both globally inclusive and practically useful in diverse regions.
