Replit, the fast-growing agentic AI platform, announced a $250 million funding round that values the company at $3 billion, nearly triple its 2023 valuation.
The raise, led by Prysm Capital with backing from Amex Ventures, Google’s AI Futures Fund, a16z, YC, and Coatue, follows explosive revenue growth from $2.8 million to $150 million in less than a year.
With over 40 million users and adoption from companies like Zillow, Duolingo, and Coinbase, Replit has quickly become a leader in AI-driven software creation.
Alongside the funding, Replit introduced Agent 3, its most autonomous agent yet.
Unlike previous versions, Agent 3 can work up to 200 minutes, test and fix its code, and even build custom workflows to automate complex tasks beyond software engineering.
This leap makes the agent feel like a true teammate rather than just an assistant.
By bringing Replit’s offerings to the Google Cloud Marketplace and deepening its enterprise push, the company aims to scale operations globally while empowering developers and non-developers to bring ideas to life with just a few clicks.
