Microsoft has officially rolled out the new Bing Places for Business, a redesigned platform that helps business owners boost visibility in Bing search results and Bing Maps.
The upgrade moves the service under bing.com/forbusiness, offering a unified experience where owners can claim listings, update details, and manage profiles in one place.
Enhanced import tools now make it faster to bring in listings from Google, preserving business names, hours, and contact details for a smoother setup.
Alongside the new design, Bing introduced a Recommendation Tool that suggests high-impact updates—like adding photos, website links, and menus for restaurants—to increase engagement.
The changes reflect Microsoft’s commitment to simplifying local SEO, helping businesses stand out in search and connect with more customers.
Current users will be automatically migrated to the new platform, with deeper integrations and new features on the way.
