YouTube introduced the Brand Pulse Report — a new measurement platform that allows advertisers to measure the total value of their brand presence across paid and organic positions.
Powered by Google AI, the report uses multi-modal analysis to determine brand mentions within visuals, audio, and titles, giving marketers a better picture of how their brand is perceived on YouTube.
Metrics like “Total Unique Viewers” and “% Share of Watch Time” provide accurate measures of category performance and reach of audience.
The report also highlights to what degree paid ads influence organic engagement, showing viewers who watch both paid and organic videos are more likely to search for a brand or view related content.
By combining these findings with partnership ad choices and creator collaborations, brands can optimize campaigns to build greater awareness and trust.
The Brand Pulse Report is now live with select advertisers, with expansion to additional advertisers in the near future.
