Snapchat is reimagining the next decade of augmented reality with major announcements at Lens Fest 2025.
Celebrating a decade of Lenses, the company introduced significant new features to Lens Studio, including greater monetization opportunities for creators and enhanced integration of AI to accelerate Lens creation.
Snap introduced Lens Studio AI, a chat-based tool that can build full AR experiences from minimal suggestions, and Blocks, composable building blocks that enable AR creation to be accomplished faster and more flexibly.
The company also announced updates to its upcoming Spectacles launch, such as Snap OS 2.0, real-time AI capabilities, and new developer tools for fully immersive AR experiences.
With the introduction of Snap Cloud, built with Supabase, Snap is offering developers scalable infrastructure for future-generation projects.
As the AR and AI worlds merge, Snap’s mission is clear: to make computing more human by empowering creators to build and scale interactive experiences for nearly a billion people worldwide.
