Amazon is making its most significant private investment in Warren County’s history, committing at least $3 billion to build a new AI-driven data center campus that will power next-generation cloud and compute workloads.
The project is expected to create 200 direct jobs and over 300 supporting roles, fueling economic growth, modernizing the region’s tech infrastructure, and expanding opportunities across Mississippi.
The investment builds on Amazon’s growing footprint in the state, alongside previous multibillion-dollar data center developments, renewable energy projects, and statewide workforce programs that have already trained more than 6,500 Mississippians.
With new funding dedicated to STEM education and community initiatives, Amazon is positioning Warren County as a rising technology hub in the “Digital Delta.”
