Anthropic and Salesforce announced a more extensive partnership to integrate Claude into a go-to model within Salesforce’s Agentforce platform.
Allowing financial services, healthcare, cybersecurity, and life sciences customers to implement advanced AI while keeping sensitive data secured.
Salesforce is also introducing Claude Code to boost developer productivity, and Anthropic is further expanding its use of Slack to simplify internal collaboration.
The partnership introduces three primary initiatives: releasing Claude as a baseline model within Agentforce via Amazon Bedrock, developing industry-specific AI solutions starting with banking services, and further integrating Claude with Slack via the Model Context Protocol.
Collectively, these initiatives are intended to deliver secure, agentic AI that combines Anthropic’s model intelligence with Salesforce’s secure cloud infrastructure.
Anthropic Agentforce is currently live for a select set of clients, with additional features and integrations in the coming quarter.
