In partnership with the global generosity movement GivingTuesday, Anthropic is launching Claude for Nonprofits to help organizations solve complex problems with limited resources.
The program offers eligible nonprofits a discount of up to 75 percent on Team and Enterprise plans.
This access enables groups to utilize models like Claude Sonnet 4.5 for complex tasks, such as grant writing and program analysis, while maintaining the privacy standards required by their communities.
To support existing workflows, Claude now integrates with key nonprofit tools including Blackbaud, Candid, and Benevity.
These open-source connectors enable users to manage donor data, track campaigns, and explore funding opportunities directly within the AI interface.
Anthropic is also collaborating with consultancy partners, such as The Bridgespan Group and Slalom, to assist nonprofits with strategy and implementation.
The initiative also includes a free educational course called AI Fluency for Nonprofits.
Developed in collaboration with GivingTuesday, the curriculum teaches staff how to utilize AI for donor engagement, evaluation, and organizational efficiency, without requiring a technical background.
This ensures that teams can immediately apply these new tools to their daily operations.
Key Takeaways:
- Nonprofits are now eligible for up to 75 percent off Team and Enterprise plans.
- New connectors link Claude to tools like Blackbaud, Candid, and Benevity.
