The new offerings include Make Your Fitness Comeback, a four-week plan with 10-minute sessions; Build a Yoga Habit in Four Weeks, with two 10-minute flows per week; Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT, featuring three 20-minute paired sessions weekly for three weeks; and Strength Basics in 3 Weeks, launching January 12, focused on fundamentals.
Fitness+ also added Artist Spotlight workouts featuring music from KAROL G, starting January 5, with Bad Bunny workouts arriving February 2. The Time to Walk series returns January 19 with episodes from Penn Badgley and Mel B.
Apple released data from its Heart and Movement Study, showing that Apple Watch users increased their exercise in January and maintained higher levels through spring, based on an analysis of 100,000 participants over four years.
