Astronomer Announces Resignation of CEO Andy Byron

Astronomer, a data orchestration platform, announced on LinkedIn that CEO Andy Byron has resigned, effective immediately, following an incident that prompted a board investigation.

The company stated that its leaders are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct and accountability, which Byron failed to meet.

Co-founder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy has been appointed interim CEO while Astronomer searches for a replacement.
