ElevenLabs has released Agent Workflows, a new capability of its Agents Platform that allows developers to design sophisticated, multi-level conversation flows visually.
Instead of employing a single, linear chat logic, Workflows enable the development of context-specific, branching dialogue routes that adapt to users’ requirements in real-time.
Agent Workflows enable users to chain multiple Subagents together, tailor behavior by interaction phase, and route conversations dynamically based on various models, prompts, or voices.
Developers can also insert tool calls, enable human handoffs, and set conditions for node transitions — offering them complete control over every component of the AI experience.
This graph-based, visual model combines structure and flexibility to enable scalable, intelligent, and more human-like conversation flows within the ElevenLabs platform.
