Facebook re-launched its Jobs feature, offering users in the United States an even simpler platform to find job opportunities in their local areas on Facebook.
The new feature enables young adults and job seekers to browse entry-level, trades, and service industry jobs through a dedicated Jobs tab on Marketplace, as well as via Groups and Pages.
All postings are visible and accessible to adults aged 18 and older, enabling individuals to locate matches with local employers and businesses within their region.
Companies can easily post and distribute job listings on Marketplace, Meta Business Suite, or their Facebook Pages.
Job seekers can sort listings by distance, category, and job type, and even send a direct message to employers on Messenger to ask questions or schedule interviews.
Tailored suggestions and care for accessibility ensure that Facebook’s new Jobs feature will make finding and hiring for local jobs faster, easier, and more connected than ever.
