Gemini Live, the real-time voice and video assistant from Google, has been updated to integrate with other Google apps, providing a more contextual and powerful experience.
The new feature allows Gemini to access information and perform actions within apps such as Google Calendar, Google Keep, Google Maps, and Google Tasks.
For example, you can use your camera to point at a date on a flyer and ask Gemini to add an event to your calendar.
This also works with screen sharing, where you can get real-time help with tasks on your phone.
The integration is currently rolling out to Android and iOS users, allowing for a seamless transition from general conversation to practical, real-time assistance based on your on-screen or camera-captured context.
