NVIDIA announced two new open-source AI blueprints for retail: the Multi-Agent Intelligent Warehouse (MAIW) blueprint and the Retail Catalog Enrichment blueprint.
The company said the tools are designed to help developers build AI systems that connect warehouse operations with digital storefronts.
The MAIW blueprint creates a layer of AI agents that sits above existing warehouse systems, robotics, and IoT data.
NVIDIA said the system allows supervisors to ask natural-language questions about operations and receive evidence-based explanations and recommendations for issues such as bottlenecks, safety incidents, or equipment problems.
The Retail Catalog Enrichment blueprint focuses on product data. Using NVIDIA’s Nemotron vision-language models, the system generates structured product attributes, localized titles and descriptions, and marketing assets from product images.
An automated “judge” model checks outputs for quality and consistency.
NVIDIA said the blueprints will be demonstrated at the National Retail Federation’s Retail’s Big Show next week.
Consulting firm Grid Dynamics is already using the catalog enrichment blueprint to build tools that automate SKU data management for large retailers.
