This enables businesses to deploy intelligent agents that automate complex, multistep processes while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
The partnership extends across Google Workspace, Slack, and Gemini Enterprise to integrate sales, service, and IT operations.
End users can access Salesforce applications, such as Agentforce Sales, directly from Gmail or Meet, while Slack users can interact with Gemini-driven agents through real-time search and analytics.
