Salesforce has officially launched Agentforce Nonprofit, which introduces a suite of purpose-built AI agents designed to alleviate the administrative burden on nonprofit staff.

With funding cuts and staff shortages challenging the sector, these new tools aim to automate routine tasks across fundraising, program management, and volunteer coordination.

By deploying these agents, organizations can save hundreds of hours of manual work, allowing their teams to focus on mission-critical activities such as deepening community engagement and securing vital funding.

The release includes four prebuilt agents that handle specific workflows such as summarizing client backgrounds, matching volunteers to shifts, and researching prospective donors.

Organizations can also build custom agents using the Agentforce 360 platform to address unique needs like grant reporting or member onboarding.

Agentforce Nonprofit is now generally available, offering ten free licenses to eligible organizations through the Power of Us Program.

Key Takeaways:

  • Agentforce Nonprofit introduces AI agents to reduce administrative workloads for nonprofits.

  • New tools automate tasks in fundraising, program management, and volunteer coordination.
