Qualcomm Technologies announced the Snapdragon® X2 Elite Extreme and Snapdragon® X2 Elite, the next-generation platforms in its Snapdragon X Series portfolio.
Built for ultra-premium Windows 11 PCs, the X2 Elite Extreme delivers unprecedented performance with up to 75% faster CPU power than the competition, a 2.3X boost in GPU efficiency, and the world’s fastest laptop NPU at 80 TOPS.
These platforms are engineered to handle complex, expert-level workloads like advanced AI experiences, professional media editing, computational analytics, and scientific research, all while providing multi-day battery life in thin and light devices.
The Snapdragon X2 Elite is designed for high-end multitasking, delivering up to 31% faster performance at ISO power and up to 43% less power consumption than the previous generation.
Both platforms unlock blazing-fast AI for Copilot+ experiences, giving professionals and creators seamless productivity, creativity, and entertainment on the go.

Devices powered by Snapdragon X2 Elite are expected in the first half of 2026.
