YouTube’s New Rule Targets AI and Low-Effort Content

Starting July 15, 2025, YouTube is cracking down on channels that rely on AI-generated, repetitive, or low-effort videos.
If your content lacks originality, uses automated tools without a personal touch, or doesn’t add real value, you could lose ad revenue and other monetization perks, according to YouTube’s updated Partner Program policies.
This move is all about rewarding creators who put in the effort to make unique, engaging videos that keep viewers coming back.
YouTube wants to cut through the noise of mass-produced content and keep the platform vibrant with quality content.
So, creators, it’s time to bring your A-game and make your work shine!
