WorkWave announced Wavelytics Decision Intelligence on February 2, 2026, at its Beyond Service Customer Conference in Dallas.

The company said the new platform embeds AI-driven, prescriptive dashboards directly into its existing software used by pest control, lawn care, cleaning, and security businesses.

According to WorkWave, Decision Intelligence pulled operational, financial, and field data through the Wavelytics Data Factory, which standardized inputs before presenting them in role-based dashboards.

The system moved beyond historical reporting by surfacing recommended actions tied to specific outcomes, such as revenue retention or operational efficiency.

The platform included four core components: dashboards for high-level business trends, scorecards for individual performance tracking, real-time alerts for urgent issues, and a natural language interface called Ask WAIve.

WorkWave stated that Ask WAIve allowed users to query data, generate reports, and trigger automated insights from a single interface.

Decision Intelligence was designed to integrate across WorkWave’s existing products, including PestPac, RealGreen, and TEAM Software.

The company said the new capability was scheduled to become available to Wavelytics users in Q2 2026, subject to change.

Why This Matters Today

You are seeing increased pressure on service businesses to act on data, not just collect it.

Field service operators typically manage fragmented systems covering scheduling, billing, sales, and workforce performance.

Reporting tools often show results after the fact, leaving managers to interpret problems manually.

WorkWave’s move reflected a broader shift in enterprise software toward prescriptive analytics.

Instead of highlighting metrics alone, platforms are increasingly expected to recommend actions tied to specific roles.

By tailoring insights to owners, dispatchers, finance leaders, and field managers, WorkWave aimed to reduce decision latency in industries where margins are sensitive to labor efficiency and territory performance.

The addition of alerts and a natural language interface aligned with recent adoption patterns across SaaS, where users prefer conversational access to analytics over static dashboards.

If adopted at scale, this approach could change how mid-sized service companies manage coaching, marketing allocation, and operational interventions.

The timing also mattered. Service businesses faced rising labor costs and customer retention challenges, making faster operational adjustments more valuable.

Whether Decision Intelligence delivered measurable performance gains would depend on adoption and data quality across customer deployments.
